A  syndicate composed of two dozen Irish members has just posted a significant Euromillions Lottery win.  The syndicate from Ballybrown GAA club in Limerick won €192,935 after matching five numbers and a lucky star in the Friday draw.

The syndicate is composed of relatives and friends, which makes their win a lot more fun.  The group have only been playing twice a week for a year and bought the €12 quick pick ticket from Martin Hayes’ shop, Tervoe in Clarina on the day of the draw.  A member of the group shares there are no definite plans for the money yet, though they are thinking of a big Christmas celebration at the club.
