Excitement among lottery players has been seriously building as a consequence of a Mega Millions jackpot that is expected to reach the $400 million level for Friday’s (Dec. 13) draw. The jackpot last Tuesday was set at $344 million, but no ticket was able to match the numbers drawn which were: 5, 12, 22, 41, 65 and 13.
The projected jackpot is second biggest ever in the history of the Mega Millions, the highest having been set on March 30, 2012 at $656 million. If a player hits the jackpot on Friday’s draw, the $400 million prize will have a one time payment option of about $216 million.
If no one hits the jackpot which has already been accumulating for about two months, it is bound to generate even more interest from players.
