rsz_parkingA parking garage attendant is headed for the easy life after posting a $7 million win on the Cash4Life game, all because he heeded a store clerk’s advice to buy a ticket.

Gregory Velez, who is not a regular player, bought a $2 quick pick from the South End News store.  It was only the next day he remembered to check his entry and found he had matched all 6 numbers drawn, good for $1000 a day for the rest of his life or a single cash payment of $4.63 million after taxes.  He chose the cash payment and promptly resigned from his job.
