When retired greengrocer Mike Skipskey saw a Hot Money Scratchcard from National Lottery at a Tesco petrol station, he just had to buy it. After all, he claims he was born lucky.
True enough, upon scratching the card at home, he discovered that it had brought him luck – all £250,000 of it. He immediately confirmed the win by phoning Camelot. Now all he can think about is improving his back garden, buying a new car, going fishing, and helping out his family.
