A Rupert coal miner  ‘struck gold’ when a Powerball ticket he had bought earlier matched five numbers drawn, but not the powerball. David Feamster was one of three winners across the US who won million dollar Pwerball second prizes in the October 2 draw.

When his wife told him that a person who bought a Powerball ticket from the Go Mart in Rainelle had won a million dollars from the Powerball, he asked his sons to check his tickets.  They then found out that the lucky pick Powerball ticket the father of three bought earlier had won.

Though he still finds it hard to believe the blessings that have come his way, David knows what he wants with the money.  They will give to their church, pay off their house, and save the rest.
