When dog Stella inadvertently locked his owner out of his truck, it forced Steve Hughes to find better use of his time by buying a lottery ticket at the gas station in Idaho.
Now that the lottery ticket he purchased has won a $1 million jackpot for him and 22 other employees of the University of Utah, Stella is due for some well deserved pampering.
