When blessings are headed your way, nothing can stop it. Bryan Goldstein of Hallandale beach was about to buy four Florida Cash tickets at $25 each, but changed his mind and bought just one. That was all he needed to claim the top prize.
The machine made a sound when he scanned it, and that’s when he found out he had won a $10 million prize. He later opted to receive a lump sum prize of $7,355,576 after taxes were deducted.
Goldstein wanted no publicity but said he will buy his parents a new home, and save the rest. The Stop N’ Go 800 Atlantic Shores Blvd. earned a commission of $20,000 for selling the winning ticket.
