When a store owner calls you up out of the blue and asks you to come over because of an emergency, what would you do? A lottery player was in for a pleasant surprise when an incredibly honest shopkeeper took the time to reunite him with a ticket worth $2 million.
The unnamed player trashed the ticket when the scanners failed to read it correctly. Good for him, store owner Yogi Patel realized he had sold a winning ticket which no one has claimed and went searching for it. After finding the ticket the store owner used surveillance video to identify the player who turned out to be a regular customer at the store.
