Chelsea man James Picklesimer is aware of the small odds of winning the lottery; but he says “somebody will win the lottery and if you don’t play, it won’t be you.” So he kept playing.
His chance at the big bucks came courtesy of a $10 The Money Tree instant ticket he bought at a local gas station. When scratched it revealed a half million dollar win. He immediately gave the clerk all the money in his wallet as a thank you.
When he gets his prize he intends to buy a new car and save the rest.
