When Brandon Parker walked into the P and M Mini Market in Bakersfield, all he wanted to do was buy something to drink. But when he saw a customer purchase four instant tickets for the lottery’s 30th Anniversary, he decided to buy one himself. The ticket turned out to be a big winner.
Upon scratching, the ticket revealed a $750,000 prize. His mom says they are not lucky though; she believes that they are blessed. She has won a $20,000 car in a promotion while she was pregnant with Brandon.
As for the winner, he may finally buy a new truck, though he has no immediate plans of retiring.
