She bought a Cash 5 Hoosier lottery ticket on Tuesday, then jotted down the winning numbers from a convenience store the next day. She only checked the numbers against her ticket after she heard news that someone from Birdseye had won – she was that winner. Suddenly she was $309,635 richer.
She and her husband are content with their lives and want nothing much to change. A working car for her may be the exception, so she does not have to ask friends for a ride to and from work.
