It usually takes years for most people to win significant amounts from the lottery. Perhaps that is why many winners fail to immediately realize that good fortune has visited them. A Myrtle Beach man proved that when he found a million dollar winner in a stack of tickets that had lain untouched for a month.
The most the man had won before was $12, and he only thought to check when he heard of a winning ticket having been sold in his area. And now he is a million dollar winner. The unnamed winner says that his new fortune will be used for retirement and perhaps to purchase a new home.
