Gary Gawricki,won a hundred dollars when he bought lottery tickets while gassing up at a Citgo station near the airport at Windsor. Not content with his winnings, he used the money to buy a bunch more scratch-off tickets. One of those tickets won the top prize of the $5 million New York Lottery Set for Life scratch-off.
Now he and his wife and daughter will share in a substantial yearly payments. He also wants to pay off debts, pay for college and save for retirement.
