After Frank Derfield won $100,000 from the lottery early this year he was very happy. He knew the chances of winning another big jackpot was very slim but did not stop playing. Apparently, he made the right decision.
Derfield has won a much bigger jackpot this time – $5 million! His win came off a “100X the Money” instant ticket he bought from WC Liquor and Groceries at 1836 Divisadero St. He could not believe his luck. He says he used the first win to get married. Now he wants to purchase a home.
The store which sold both of his winning tickets earned a bigger bonus of $25,000 this time.
