But most people don’t expect to ever be making a 2nd jackpot claim, let alone going back just 3 months later!
Joseph originally won the Virginia lotteries Pick 5 game on 3rd April, claiming $100,000. Both times he used the Quick Pick option to choose his numbers.
His best advice he says is just to ‘expect to win’.
Paying off bills and buying a truck have taken care of most of the money – but Joseph says he will keep on playing so maybe we’ll be reporting his 3rd jackpot win before long.
