If you were to win a million dollars what is the first thing you would do? For single mother of three Linda Windey, it was to give blood at a Red Cross Bloodmobile. It was her way of giving back.
She has been struggling financially before the win, but her son says she had been playing the lottery for as long as he can remember. Then the Powerball draw came up and she matched all five numbers except the powerball.
Windey says she plans to keep the money safe for her family’s her family’s needs and will continue working.
