Are there such things as lucky jobs or lucky companies? Many groups of people working for the same company have won significant jackpots by playing the lottery as a syndicate but it is rather hard to replicate the luck of the people working at South County real estate company Coldwell Banker Premier Group; three of their real estate agents have won jackpots in the last two years.
First there was Kim DeLapp who won a couple of years ago, followed by Jamie Bone who won a million dollars by matching five numbers on the Powerball lottery. The latest winner is Jen Elam who posted a more significant $3.8 million lottery win. Now their company is boasting that it only goes to show that their agents know their numbers.
Elan has since opted to receive her prize in a single payment of $2 million before taxes.
