A Syrian man in his thirties, who fled to France in 2011, has won a million Euros from a French Lottery scratch card. At the time of his win, the man had been working as a labourer.
The lottery reveals that the unnamed man now wants to buy an apartment and open a restaurant. He also wants to bring his relatives in Syria to France.
