Woman Wins $3.25 Million In 2nd Chance Draw

When Carol Craver’s California Lucky Life ticket did not win an instant prize, she decided to enter it into the lottery’s 2nd chance program.  It promptly won more money than most big winners get.

When she learned her win was worth $3.25 million, she fell to her knees to pray.  Craver will receive $2,500 a week for the next 25 years.  That should keep her very comfortable in  retirement.
