$17M Lottery Ticket Sold In Winnipeg

Someone from Winnipeg bought a ticket that matched the winning combination of 2, 10, 16, 21, 24 and 49, for a jackpot prize of $17,026,623.50.  It is the largest jackpot prize won in Manitoba since Kirby and Marie Fontaine won a $50 million Lotto Max Prize way back in 2009.

Lottery officials will not release the exact place the ticket was sold till the still unidentified winner comes forward to claim the prize.
