The Wyoming Senate has voted to approve a bill aimed at allowing Wyoming to participate in the Powerball Lottery.
The Senate version of House Bill 77, included a change on the beneficiary of the profits from the proposed lottery. It is being sent back to the House for voting on the changes made by the Senate.
