Bruce and Monique Willman of Manitoba knew just what they wanted when they found out they set to receive a huge $17 million payout from the lottery: in Bruce’s words “I just knew that two minutes after I read the winning numbers, I retired.”
A metal worker till a few days ago, Bruce can now afford to join his wife, a retired health care worker, in blissful retirement.
