A Store In Clark County Sells More Winning Tickets

Some customers of the Plum Store at North Plum St. in Clark County, swear by the disproportionate amount of luck the store gives out.

Cole Barker, who won $2 million with a ticket purchased there believes Plum Food Mart is the luckiest place in Clark County, saying he has won other cash prizes on tickets purchased there.  Kenneth Parker is another player who always buys his tickets at Plums.

They may be right, but since Plum’s has sold more tickets than other outlets in Ohio, the law of averages would tend to favor them.
