The California Lottery announced that a nuclear medicine technician from the Saint Agnes Medical Center has won the $213 million Powerball jackpot in the Oct. 23 draw. The winning ticket, which cost only $2 to purchase, is worth $123.3 million after taxes, if redeemed as a lump sum.
