The house painter in his 40’s didn’t have a car, so had to borrow one from a friend to be able to drive himself to the lottery headquarters in Topeka to claim his prize.
It was worth the effort though as he issued a winners payment for $1 Million in the Kansas Lotteries ‘Holiday Millionaire Raffle’.
He now plans to buy a car for the family.
