Harry Black, held two of the winning tickets to the $63 million April draw of the 6/49 lotto. This was no accident since Harry has this unusual habit of buying two lottery tickets of the same number – something the lottery officials are not used to.
This time his unusual habit paid off handsomely by giving him a payout total of $31.6 million, $15.8 million for each of the tickets he bought. Harry says he will not retire, but is considering some travel and buying real estate.
