You can’t force lady luck to smile on you. This must be the lesson a man from Port Coquitlam learned, when he was arrested as a suspect in the theft of what the RCMP said was “a large number of lottery tickets.”
The man now faces multiple theft charges that stem from the theft of lottery tickets from the tri-state area convenience stores over a period of weeks.
