Occasional Player From Tauranga Wins $9.85 Lotto Powerball Prize

A woman from Tauranga, New Zealand, who admittedly plays the lotto only occasionally, has won a $9.85 million prize from the Lotto Powerball.  The woman, who has asked to remain anonymous, bought the winning ticket (a Triple Dip) from Mt Paper Power on a whim.

The winner claimed her prize at the NZ Lotteries Commission office in Wellington.  Now she says she wants to spend her winnings on a dream house, a vehicle upgrade, and travel.  She’s even considering retirement.
