Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Turner has asked Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett to withdraw a contract signed for UK firm Camelot to manage the Penn State Lottery.
She contends that allowing Camelot to operate the lottery is against the state constitution and in conflict with current state laws.
The governor has not indicated whether he will exercise an option to appeal the decision in court or not.
