Retired Electrician Wins $200,000

Philip Washko, a retired Bethlehem Steel electrician from Hobart has just won $200,000 from the Hoosier Lottery.  And though the jackpot is not so large by lottery standards, Mr. Washco says he needs to figure out how he wants to spend the money which he calls a life-changer.
