Buying two lottery tickets at a local store while waiting to be picked up from a trip to the barbers has made HDervens Noel a firm believer in lotteries. One of the tickets won the jackpot.
The Stoughton High School graduate who works as a car repair shop manager, plans to pay off student loans and a trip to Vegas with his brother. His dream for the future is to have his own car repair shop.
